Adobe Premiere Elements 9 Won't Upload To YouTube?

Every time I try to upload a video from Adobe Premiere Elements 9 It says "Failed Sorry, an error occur during the uploading process. Please try again later." And I didn't make "occur" a typo... They did, I just copied it as it was. PLEASE HELP
