Another question about Time Splitters II?

Okay I know some of yall are tired of me asking the same question but if you would give me a specific answer then everythang will be cool! Now once again how in the hell do I get off of the Aztec Ruins stage on NORMAL NOT EASY! I got a response saying to jump on some block on the second floor but can you be a little more specefic please! If I get the right response then I swear I'll leave you alone! Promise!
