So what's up with Yahoo! Careers?

Under FAQ it says you don't need to apply to do a Quick Job Search, you only need to apply to upload a resume. Anyway, no matter what I enter in the fields, such as ... teacher, marketing consultant, baker, lawyer, whatever ... chicago, san fransisco, ANY, it says nothing found and I need to refine my search. Is Yahoo! Careers still working?
