Which French-Canadian TV show did I see?

I was in Quebec City in summer of 2006, and my sister and I watched a tv show aimed at little kids. There was this guy apparently named "Pierre-Lo" or something, and the kids would always say "Allo Pierre-Lo!" The show was in French, so maybe it is from france, but it's probably just canadian. Which show was this?
