Pioneer vaic-f90bt parking brake wire?

pioneer avic-f90bt has been enstalled,brake wire has been connected to ground. when car reaches 15 mph the video stops playing and the safeyt message reappears. the parking brake wire has been regrounded. What could be the problem?
