Why does the CFR want the sheep to believe there is a vaccine shortage?

Thanks for giving so much info,I did not get the H1N1 and neither did anyone else in my family.We did not trust it for one and if this flu is so deadly how come not that many deaths?It was a scare tactic that many fell for.I also agree with justine this has been going on a long time.
